Xbox Access Issue

I know the title screen displays an error “we’re currently experiencing issues with Xbox purchases completing. All purchases will complete once the issue is resolved”, but I’m not seeing any updates on the issue. My friend and I just bought the game and we are wondering if there are any updates or solutions yet?
