Phrecia Map Modifiers not displaying in mod list

Map modifiers can occur in maps and not be displayed on the list of modifiers.

In this bug reference Mao Kun had additional packs of bosses but didn't list the modifier.

I've also had this occur in normal maps with various modifiers (Area contains totems, Reduced/Increased character size.
