poe 1 --- not saving my settings

Very long term POE1 player here. Never happened before and over the last week, every time I log in, my Graphic and Keybind settings are gone. GGG please advise, thank you.

Are you playing on the standalone client or via Steam or Epic?
What OS version are you using, and if Windows, do you have any backup-type software or OneDrive running? 😹😹😹😹😹
