Game crashing bug

it hapennes whenever i (amsterdam eu realm) goto my friends (texas us realm) hideout if he leaves and comes back to hideout through clicking to portal icon on the portrait left up the game crashes for the both of us

if this helps to resolve anything flying mtx for me pretty pwease :D
