(Phrecia) Maven Witness Sirus Frozen in Air

Phrecia League, Maven witnessed Sirus Floating in air. All storms Despawned. Both Sirus Models are stacked, doing Idle animations. Maven Still casting/voicelines but fight is impossible to progress. Attempted to fix instance by logging out and dying, but neither worked. I phased Sirus, killed hunter boss during storm summon, then Sirus started floating in an A-pose. All the storms started gliding quickly to the right before fully leaving the zone. Can't trigger next phase, health bar disappeared entirely

I just had this as well, and it even gave me a favorite slot unlock even though the boss isn't dead. I did maven witness it as well so maybe thats it.
