Maven’s Writ disappeared from inventory without being used (video evidence)

Hello,

I am reporting a possible bug related to The Maven’s Writ disappearing from my inventory.

I obtained The Maven’s Writ, and I have video evidence showing that the item was clearly present in my inventory. At one point, I closed my inventory UI, and when I opened it again shortly after, the Maven’s Writ was no longer present.

Important details:

The item was not used

It was not placed into the Map Device

No Maven encounter was opened

No portals were created

The item was not manually moved to stash

The disappearance happened immediately after closing and reopening the inventory

I double-checked:

All stash tabs (including Fragment Stash Tab)

Remove-only tabs

Guild stash

The item is not present anywhere.

I already contacted support, and they advised me to post this issue here so it can be reviewed by the dev team.

I can provide:

Character name / account details upon request

This seems like either:

An inventory desync / rollback issue, or

An unintended interaction with stash affinities or inventory state

There's no Maven Writ in your inventory in that video. There's wisdom scrolls, portal scrolls, alt shards, and a quest item for Exarch that was turned in when you opened the map device unlocking the Exarch augment and progressing the Exarch quest chain.
