Show all support gems by default instead of only recommended ones

It would be better if all support gems were shown by default rather than only the recommended ones.
Only seeing the recommended gems discourages experimentation because it can give the impression that the ones not listed are not viable or do not interact meaningfully with the skill. This can make players drop interesting ideas before they are even tested. Let new players who want some guidance enable the recommended list if they wish, but do not make it the default setting.
