Blight "chance to be opened again" not working properly

In keepers league there was a quality of life added which opens all nerby blight chest. When this happens modifiers with "chance to be openable again" are skipped resulting in ~40% less loot when using 4x conqueror idols. Correct behaviour is for them to be openable again.
