recovery mastery, consume a nearby corpse to recover 10% of life

bug: 34754420

"recovery mastery, consume a nearby corpse to recover 10% of life" sometimes work sometimes don't. While it is not working if you go to town and comeback it starts working again.

edit: I think if you die on that zone it stops working unless you tp and back.
edit2: maybe not. there is definitely a bug, cant put my finger on it yet.
edit3: it has definitely something to do with deaths. maybe you need to tp after your first death and then it works forever for that zone?
