Maven witness is bricking boss fights

On three different Uber Elders and three different Sirus' fights, the fight will randomly break and will not let me finish the fights. I'm currently in a Sirus fight after finishing the first phase. All of the storms are missing and Sirus is just sitting in his chair in the sky. It will not go to the next phase. I only notice it when maven is witnessing the fight. Same thing for uber elder. It acts like the fight is still going but he is frozen and the fight will not progress.
