Not getting experience and Quests not visible

Not too long ago, I purchased some cosmetic items from the shop, and after mounting them on one of my characters, it appears that it stopped getting experience. Also, the quests are not visible like on the other characters, and the world map is also bugging, showing areas that I've explored as unexplored.
Is anyone experiencing something like this ?

Cosmetic items have no effect whatsoever on your characters, apart from changing their appearance.

Which league is this character in? Which leagues are your other characters in?
