Perfomance issues makes the game hard to enjoy

Hey!

From my experience the performance of poe has become barely playable the past leagues. I started playing in Ancestor league and cannot remember having the same issues as I am having now. My main issues is shader's not loading and the game slowing down and becoming more grainy in combat. Being killed by invisible spells, invisible breach bosses, or from the game slowing down and looking worse so its hard to tell what is going on to then speed up with you being killed makes it impossible to enjoy this game atm. And this is in just normal maps or boss encoutenters so its not a juicing problem. Have tried deleting shader cache and set my shadercache to 100gb in nvidia settings but it didn't help. Used to love playing this game but have not been enjoying it lately tbh cause of these issues. Is there any solution out there or is the game just unplayable on my computer now? Am not having problems playing my other games so do not want to invest in a new computer just for poe, here are my current specs:
