i Dont even know why i tryed to use this setup :)
But the tooltip says that the support is active
But when you use skill Nothing happends ROFL :) i mean know no one really cares because why use this setup but hay its weird when skill stops working :)

This is because Close Combat is compatible with swords and axes. Frozen Legion in turn requires an axe, mace, sceptre, or staff. Axes meet both, so this combination works only with them.

Ideally Frozen Legion‌ should become unusable with other weapons in this scenario.
