atlas tree on pinnacle of the flame.

im stuck on last2 poin on atlas tree, pinnacle of the flame, i did the arbitar several time, and when i kill it and click on the quest, i dont get the quest, and Doryani dont give me any quest eather, idk what to do, i did everthing that i could find in the internet. can i get help please
