No GraftBlood

Hi, i play in duo/trio and sometimes after a breach completion or a defense for ailith, or after a fortess i don't get any Graftblood, both of my mates got Graftblood and i don't, i saw a post on Reddit i'm not the only one with this problem it happens (apparently) when you enter in the map after the party owner...
