Bought a key for pc - It wont let me play

Ive bought a key to play POE2 and i made my account on the website, redeemed it, got client keys out of it for my preferred platform(Steam)
So i head over to my steam, redeems it then download and play Once in the Game Menu i try to click 'Play Now' and it states that my account doesnt have early access and i can buy the game again or click 'Ok' and do nothing with the money ive spend Please help me out here Last bumped on Feb 16, 2026, 6:48:52 AM

i acutally have two keys and non of them are working - not spending a dime more on this - till one of these works
Showed it to a friend of mine who plays daily and he never seen this before - is my account broken? |

Okay little update:
Ive tried and uninstall the game from steam and used the OG Client from this website and that allows me access to play for some reason. Not sure what is causing my steam key not to work but then ill just live with not having all eggs in one basket. Thanks for replying so quick as you guys did on this thread - cant wait to play now Have a nice one! //Tweleeve |

" As both Summoner and lagwin1980 earlier speculated you have two separate Path of Exile accounts, and your Steam account has been linked to the wrong one. This is something GGG can correct manually for you if you contact Support directly and explain the issue. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
