crash issue

hi

i have a crash problem in the temple that sometimes my game freeze disconnecting me and back online but that cause bugs with the temple....my connection is great (while this happens sometimes im in discord chatting and i have no problem with that,never cut of the connection with discord) also i have a brand new pc with a 5080.I already tried 2 times to wipe clean the pc and re install everything and i also contact epic games which said that they found an error with the game but external to their services and they suggest me to contact you...
