bought 2 Quad stash tabs not showing in stash

I came back after a few year break and had a lot of remove only tabs. I decided to get a few more quad stash tabs just to help store things while I sort my items. The news one has yet to show in my stash. I have relogged, even restarted pc. I have 2 folders and they are not in them. Before it was almost instant when I purchased stash tabs or micro transactions. Can I please get a suggestion on what I should do.



Bought 2 quad stash tabs
transaction went though

1. Changed characters
2. relogged into game
3. closed game and re logged in
4. restarted pc
5. checked folders and they are no there
6. made sure I went to end on tabs list
7. put things into stash and removed things
8. Do not have a guild so I did not buy stash tabs for guild stash

9. They do show up on my account on the web site but they do not seem to be quad stash tabs just normal ones.

If you had any Remove-only Quad tabs, then they would have been converted to usable ones. This has been the case for quite some time - remove-only tabs get "upgraded" to usable, before any blank new tabs get added.

Thank you for the answer. I haven't played in a few years, so I did not know this was the case.(edit) The worst and most cluttered tabs were upgraded, like a billion old gems blaaa
