Bad instances on SG servers

172.x instances are really terrible, spiking to 200-300ms, and sometimes just decide to go to infinity and beyond. This has been confirmed with a friend playing at the same time on SG servers on multiple occasions.

There's around 11% loss on the instance node (172.x) over 514 packets. On occasion traffic gets peered through telstra and routed through Hong Kong before rerouting back to the SG instance resulting in high ping, or gets 15-20% packet loss when peering with Tata Communications nodes.
