Frozen monsters zones and blank stashes (Xbox)

GGG, we have been having this issue for over two weeks now. Here is what I know so far.

I can move in non monster zones after loading in only after pressing a black skill button plus a directional button. This works for towns and hideout. This will allow you to move and non freeze the game.

Freezing in monster zones
As soon as I load into a zone with a monster, it instantly freezes, no time passes as charges don't tick down. When you open inventory or the main menu, if you are moving your directional pad while closing out the menu, it will unfreeze the game. BUT, as soon as you stop moving you freeze again. This causes you to have to constantly open a menu to unpause.

Blank stashes
Every tab is blank. It will show it's contents if you add somethings into that tab only foe that instance. If you get into a map or change zones. The stash resets to blank. It also takes every map tab into effect. Making mapping pretty much pointless if you don't keep the maps on you.

These two issues make the current POE unplayable to try and reach 90 for the mystery boxes. I know im not the only one with this issue as there have been many posts about this, but nothing from GGG.
