game crash

Hi, I've experienced some freezes and crashes in the game. I've already changed the settings several times, from the ones that come with the download, I've tried installing through Steam, from the website, and nothing changes. I've installed Vulkan, DirectX 12, and even 11, I've changed the settings to the minimum and also to the maximum, and the same thing always happens: I start playing and after a few minutes (between 15 and 30 minutes maximum) the game freezes, the CPU graph shows that it went to 5000ms and the game returns to the login screen.

my pc specs:
1 TB SSD
RTX 3060 12 gb
16 gb RAM 2667 Mhz
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 8-core

i'm using windows 11.

I've already checked the temperature, which might be causing the game to crash, but my CPU doesn't go above 55°C, and it should reach 80°C+ to crash.

I would appreciate some help because my game was running smoothly; I could play a new league for hours. I even took the PC for repair, and they couldn't find the problem.

What is the cpu and ram usage when you play and it freezes?

One thing you could try is updating mb firmware and drivers. Are cpu temps ok?

Do you have an NVME or just an SSD?
