PS5 - can't use spellslinger anymore

With a few more details, even if the spellslinger has enough energy to be cast, the icon on the action bar remains grey and i cannot use the comet linked to the dual wand with spellslinger

Mine is full black on action bar.its charging to 100 percent and in skill bind screen it has 8 charges but in action bar its black.nothing.it was ok till i tried freinds wand now cant fix it.i tried many ways.its not even grey there is nothing
