performance issues

so i got the game since christmass

since day one i got the exact same issue.
my game when it gets loads freezes. screen goes black and then takes time to load ingame graphics

tried vulkan but it has tons of load time
dx11 obv laggy
dx12 causes the issues i said above

got an r7 5700x3d with 32 gigs of ram and an rx7800xt nitro+

tried different drivers nothing happens.

help with that cuz im not having much fun here please

Also have performance issues, similar stats as yours - 5800X3D and 7800XT. I use Vulkan though.

Still get insane CPU lag.
