best Store purchases?
|
Hi all,
I bought POE2 and with that i got the 300 coins. What are some must have QOL purchases from the store? From POE i have the map, premium and currency stash tabs. Super nice that they have been transferred to the new game as well. Thanks! Last bumped on Feb 23, 2026, 10:43:59 AM

those are the essential ones imo. i would get one of the new async trade ones too. i also find the fragment tab very worthwhile. i got the divination and delve one too which i like but i wouldnt say are essential. a quad tab is nice for "dumping" items into that you plan to pricecheck later.
some fun ones are the exiles pilfering ring to track the currency you pick up and some extra character slots (although i think you get 20 or 30 for free lol) |

I saw this thread earlier, and I hadn't thought of character slots - that's a good shout.
Your account has 24 slots by default. Some people don't mind deleting old characters at all; others never want to delete any. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

The stash tab for fragments, as mentioned before, is pretty much non optional if you play through the atlas and not just low tier maps/through the cmapaign and then start a new character.
Also, a bunch of generic stash tabs are probably useful if you are somewhat of a hoarder. They probably still have soem kind of bundle i guess. |

Some suggestions
- Pilfering ring for tracking currency each league - Music hideout player (I love it) - Merchant tab (selling items 24/7) - Augment stash tab (if Poe2 is main game, fragment stash if Poe1 is main game) - Gem stash tab (very handy because it is used in both games) the more characters and builds you try out the greater the utility |

For poe1 a quad tab is great for using as a dump tab while maps that you sort out later.
Also fire wings is a must imo :) |

I'm somewhat annoyed that this is something that costs anything, but some people might find it handy : Vanishing Dye
(At least, despite its name, it's not consumable, unlike Skin Transfer.) Oh, speaking of bundles, Extra Character Slot Bundle is always cheaper per character than even the discounted Extra Character Slot. |

by priority:
1)currency tab 2)map tab 3)tab corresponding to what you farm most like essences/delve/delirium 4)a quad tab or 4 normal tabs 5)merchant tab 6)divine card tab I like standard.

The absolute budget tab priority with their sale prices for people with the 300pts you get with the basic key is this:
1. Currency tab (60) 2. Gem tab (30) 3. Augment tab(40) 4. Premium Quad Tab (120) 5. Extra Stash Tab x2 (40) 6. Upgrade normal tab to premium (10) Total Pts: 300 You end up with 4 default tabs + 2 extra tabs + 1 quad tab for your things, which won't be cluttered by gems or augments - things you'll be managing through the campaign. Things like Delirium/Ritual/Essence/Merchant/Waystone tabs are not necessary for new or beginner players nor worth it. These sorts of tabs are the ones that fill up as you grind through the endgame. I'd like to reiterate that many established players will recommend the waystone/map tab because it is one of the most useful tabs overall, but only once you are finished the campaign and going through the endgame and you start needing to juggle and hoard different tiers of waystones. New players who are likely somewhere between 30-50+ hours of gameplay away from the endgame will benefit more from the extra general storage from a quad tab.
