is "every item base will have it's own 2D art icon" still a plan for 1.0 launch?

at previous Exilecon Dane Brennand said: at launch every item base will have it's own 2D art icon (and 3D model obviously) themed to it's Act region, so in POE2 will be no defferent tier bases with same icon/model.

my qustion to the GGG: is it still plan for 1.0 launch or may be earlier if all acts will be released before 1.0?
