GGG Some feed back for you

Like many I am blessed to have friends who play poe2, but like them I find it hard to find any real meaning in playing the full league.

Now truth be told on my Poison build I had hit the dot cap and had zero reason to upgrade my gear and temple was done, So made another char sold all my items and blood mage done.

After the first two weeks of the league what is there to do really? by this time most people have cleared all T16 maps, all bosses done, (Temple had taken a little longer until someone worked out the best use for it) then what do we do? the question is NOTHING, sure you can work towards level 100, or farm for better gear but truth is you do not need to have high end gear to kill everything.

The league has been live for just over two months and its boring 290k players joined for 0.4, by Jan 12th one month in that number dropped to 81k so over 65% of the players gone (this is based on steam chats I am sure the real numbers are much worst.) 12th Feb down to 25k so within two month you have lost over 90% of the players that joined on 0.4 start.

I know you claim to have a huge patch for 0.5 whole end game revamp however I am not sure how much of this will be true. how much of the endgame will you really improve to keep players playing longer? (Side note poe1 has the same issues, within a month the player base dropped from 185 down to 6k and that's meant to have a long term end game)

or is your plan to have a Game that takes 4 months well more like 5 months to sort out a league to have it dead in 1 month 20% of the time it takes you do make a league?

Like every other single ARPG, the challenge is decided by you.
Kill the arbither? Have a lvl100? Make the perfect build? kill pinacles with a HCSSF char? have a lvl80 of every class?
I can keep going, but u get the idea.
I do agree that the game needs a change on the endgame (we all want that)
But the idea of the season is exactly that, u start playing the season > finish ur self challenges > stay till when u want to stay > go play something else (or not) > another season starts and u start playing it again (or not).

It's fine if there's way less players one month after, but I'm pretty sure that if u log in any time of the day, U'll see pleople playing/talking on general chat.

Beat arbiter game is done, they can add more content but other than kill arbiter is all about grinding currencies to buy/craft your next toon to do the same.
It's a seasonal game not a mmo, we have to understand that no matter how many players we got early or late in the league (20k steam only so far not a joke).
Also as for player count, as long as they're happy means all good, sure patch this shit some more maybe :D
