More option for item filter

Is it possible to add more option for item filter for more customization, specifically, items which provide skills and items with implicit.

Examples:

1. Dueling Wands, I want to highlight Dueling Wands with Grant Skill Spellslinger == 20

2. Gold Ring, I want to highlight Gold Rings with implicit of Rarity of items found == 6

I'll add my own wish, which is kinda niche.

When the game sync downloads an online filter, it downloads it to online filter folder. The game always holds only one filter in there, with a random name for the filter file. I want the online filters to have a specific file name, and to keep multiple ones in the folder.

I want to have an online filter that has the following in it:

Import "example.filter" Optional

then I want to automatically sync the example.filter file to the online folder, so I can organize my rules into separate sections for easier management, and import the example.filter with a different filter file.

Currently I'm doing this with offline filters, where I download the filter files onto my folder manually.

I don't remember why I'm not using the following:

Import "..\example.filter" Optional

It might have not been possible or something.

edit: Oh now I remember! The online filter assumes the root folder as the starting point, not the folder where the filter is located at. I can do this:

Import "myfolder/example.filter" Optional
