poe 2 does not work, it stays on the home screen

Hi!!! I tried to email support but they said the only way to get this kind of assistance is through the forum! I installed Poe 2 but after some time after logging in it no longer loads and remains stuck on two gears spinning on themselves (I sent a screenshot via email). I can attach my hardware specifications to see if it was related to that.!!!
Let's hope the translator was kind because my English is a bit rusty.
