Failed to connect to instance

I was just getting invited to group 1018am PST, I accepted the group and poof, the game closed to the login screen. I log back in, say in chat the game booted me, sorry re invite. Poof the game completely closed. I reopen, login, and now it just keeps saying failed to connect to instance and "abnormal disconnect". Not sure whats going on but looks like I should go outside and touch grass...

Same. The only way to "fix" is logging into my other character who is just in town lol.
