Failed to join instance

Got kicked from an expedition map and couldn't log back on for 20 min. I kept getting a failed to join instance error. Now I am back in game and having same issue when I try to go back into the expedition. Loaded a new expedition and same thing, I just get kicked out of the game every time I try to use the map device.
