Critical QOL: Party currency pickup log

DEFNITELY NEED THIS.

Log ANYBODY in a party picking up DIV+ on the chat as green or yellow writing.

This is NECESSARY, was just in a temple loot run with a guy who somehow got the MIRROR OF KALANDRA STOLEN. If there was a simple log of [DIV/LOCK/MIRROR] PICKUPS which INCLUDES THE NAME OF THE PLAYER (maybe configurable?)

[Icybrotha has acquired a Mirror of Kalandra] <== for example
[MrFlibblez has acquired a Hinekora's Lock]
[funkydooby has acquired a Divine Orb]

Wheteher running T16 JUICED MAPS or JUICED TEMPLES, the party leader/temple owner should AT LEAST get a chance to report.

Item allocation would work just fine if applied to party leader instead of random nearby player...that would solve the issue 100%.

Free for all: Self explain itself

Short allocation: Items are locked to party leader for a duration, when it expires items are free for all

Permanent allocation: Only party leader can pick up items, could add some customization to only lock high tier items like divs, mirrors, locks and valuable uniques.

Reporting scammers is not as efficient as preventing the scam.
