Will of Esh Synaptic Ring + Watcher's Eye Mod

The Will of Esh Synaptic Ring does not work with the watcher's eye mod:
"Increased lightning damage while affected by wrath"

The increased lightning damage from watcher's eye does not count towards aura effect. Given the wording, it seems like a bug.

(side note, none of these rings work with their relevant "light of meaning" jewels, since the "at 15% of their effect" line on the ring therefore requires the added X damage to be at least 7% for it to have any aura effect bonus. Seems like a bit of an oversight).
