eye of hinekora poe2 crashes game cant load

I am experiencing a reproducible, progression-blocking crash in **Path of Exile 2** with my character, **Herbale**.

**Issue Description:**
When attempting to enter the area **Eye of Hinekora**, the game consistently freezes during the loading screen and then crashes to desktop. The issue occurs every time I try to load into this zone, making it 100% reproducible. As this area is required for story progression, I am currently unable to continue the campaign or even load the Caracter even tried to go to my "home"

**System Specifications:**

* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
* GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080
* RAM: 32GB
* OS: Windows 11 (fully updated)

**Troubleshooting Performed:**

* Restarted the game client
* Restarted the PC
* Verified game files
* Tested different renderers (DX11 / DX12 / Vulkan if applicable)
* Lowered graphics settings
* Switched between fullscreen and windowed mode

The crash persists regardless of graphics settings or renderer selection.
