ID 2 810 363 284 - Spirit gem became impossible to use

My Spirit gem Herald of Ice became impossible to use for an unknown reason. It describes me "Not usable with current weapon set settings", but the problem is the same with other characters, and even with the good weapons.

The concerned gem is in my Titan bag. (Level 9 +20 quality)
