BUG with joining to a friend

i dont know if the devs even aware of this
but there is big routing issue in this game
i cant play with my friend, when i invite him and he try to teleport to me
he gets infinite loading screen wheel thingy
we debug the issue and we saw its like throwing him to dallas texas server
there is a problem with that

and to play together he always needs to leave party
inviting me and and then i teleport to him
i can freely teleport anywhere no issues
its only when he tries to teleport/join to me
we did the debug and saw that when it happens the routing for him changes
and its throwing him to US servers

please GGG try to fix that so we can play together me and him
im tried of just joining him
i want him to join me and play with my maps quests atlas and all....
