BUG - Abandoned Mansion

I started the mission of the abandoned mansion in the endgame, after making the necessary maps to free the mansion. I went into it, spent a level 8 guide stone and made it all. After finishing the monsters, I accessed the two-boss chamber. None of them activated, one danced and the other played the piano. I went on and off the map several times. I got in and out of the game and nothing. I activated another map to see if I made the whole mansion again and appeared as a flawed map. I lost the chance of an expressive loot, since it is known to be a map that gives work to release, precisely for the reward it provides. I hope they correct me and, if possible, compensate me.
