POE2: Item stats being ignored even with met requirements

I'm currently level 80 using a Hollow Palm build, but for whatever reason, these "item stats are being ignored," even though I meet the requirements for them. I have dexterity and intelligence over 130, and they are blue in my inventory, yet when I equip either one or both, they turn red and are ignored in-game.

(I could be ignoring something, but I've removed my support gems and all my items over and over, yet still can't use them.)

the idol of sirrius (socket) is limited to 1 you are using 2 in those gloves. need to replace one
