Flames of Chayula + selfless remnants, bug or just nor working?

I like playing supports, but there are not many support builds in the game, especially for parties of more than 2 people.
When I heard that Flames of Chayula now counts as remnants, I was so happy that I instantly made a support build for the monk.
But it doesn't work...
Could you repair it, please? Or make it known that the buff only applies to you?
At the moment, even if you put selfless remnants on (you can!), it doesn't work, the buff goes to you as on the picture below...
