Locked out of Architect Temple

Was killing Architect, and left to console area. Now console says Run Temple but is unresponsive. Never given the option to close. All other areas of the game are functioning normally, except and new Vaal chest does not open portal. Tried logging in and out multiple times, and uninstalled the game - no changes. Every time I move I get the Defeat the Architect quest reminder...which I would love to do, if it would jest let me into the temple again...
