Changing item price when over 1,000 is buggy due to decimal comma
|
When I price my item at 1650 chaos orbs at async trade, then the game converts it to "1,650 orbs", which is fine, but when I right-click it, the text field gets populated with "1,650", so the natural thing is to change it to "1,600", but then when I click "List item", it silently fails to change the price - the game allows me to submit it, but the effect is the same as if I closed the window from the X button, except that I'm left with the wrong impression that I changed the price.
I am able to change the price if I manually remove the comma so that I type "1600". Last bumped on Feb 23, 2026, 7:42:39 PM

This was reported last year and the only thing I could come to was a localization issue. OP in this thread had a video that clearly showed it happening, but have not seen any staff comment on the issue yet.
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3882370 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nRmhZ2Y9QZo If you're in a region that uses decimals instead of commas, you are at risk of getting priced 1000x cheaper than intended. If you're in a region that uses commas, you can't reprice with the comma there. |
