Make stuff that can kill you visible

PoE is known for killing players by invisible garbage, but this league seems way worse than i remember, max res, 50k+ armor, 2,8k hp and half the time i dont see what killed me, especially among all the visual effects, instant 100 to 0

What level are you at now, and what level of content are you having trouble with?
2.8k HP is completely insufficient to survive damage in the later stages of the game.
Also,the maximum for resistances is 90%.
If you truly have max res,you should already be fairly durable against elemental attacks.
However,you're still very vulnerable to physical damage.
You need to significantly increase your HP or add ES/EV.
You also need to incorporate some form of resource recovery mechanic(recoup, leech, recharge, or recover).
