Appeal for Wrongful Chat Mute

Dear Path of Exile 2 Support Team,

I am writing to formally appeal the 8-day chat mute placed on my account.

I did not use the chat channel prior to receiving this mute. I have not engaged in harassment, spam, RMT, offensive language, or any behavior that would justify a chat restriction. The mute appears to have been applied without any clear cause or prior warning.

Given that I did not participate in chat activity, I strongly believe this may be an error or an automated false flag. I respectfully request that you:

Review the chat logs associated with my account.

Verify whether any messages were actually sent from my account during the relevant period.

Clarify the specific reason and evidence for this penalty.

If there is any activity recorded, I would like to see the exact message that triggered the mute. Transparency is important, especially when an account restriction affects normal gameplay.

I have invested significant time in Path of Exile 2 and value a fair and consistent enforcement process. I expect a thorough investigation and, if this was issued in error, the immediate removal of the mute.
