T0/T1 items/currency should not be able to be converted by mechanics

Call it paranoia but with conversions happening I always suspect that its converting divines into garbage, or worse. If i recall a mirror gets converted into 3 divines an some loose change.

they used to be until Necropolis league i think.

This is where they basically removed those loot conversion mobs that would drop 50 gilded scarabs or 300 alteration orbs at once.

The conversion worked by converting equipment to for example scarabs.
It worked kinda like that:

common (white) items: rusted
magic: polished
rare: gilded
uniques: winged scarab

When it hit currency, rares were chaos orbs, uniques were exalted / annul / divines. T0 uniques would become a hinekora's lock or a mirror.

3.23 was a league where stacking rarity had pretty noticeable effect in getting more valuable currency. Cos normally rarity has no effect on currency, but when you are converting from equipment - it does. You want to drop more uniques.

I'm just saying there is a list of stuff that should never be converted and its pretty small.
