Will only "good" currency's drops be bigger?
|
I maybe had lost something, English is not my native language, but If I understood well it will be a improvement of currency drops in detriment of some other drops; I got that right?
If so, it will not be like the same effect on an economy where the goverment just print money? I mean, off course I want more drops, but if, for example, the scarabs drops dont get bigger as well, they will cost more currency only, make no point having more currency drops other than dopamine boost. I hope it make sense; Icould not explain my doubt good enough I guess. Edit: In other words, I am afraid that Scarbs tha cost 1 div, for example, will start to cost 2 divs if their drops ratio dont increase as well. Exiles, pffff! Yes you got that right.
As for your "inflation" concern. Yes, to some extend that is very true and that will ALWAYS be the case unless they would literally make every item in the game a fixed cost off of a vendor. All the changes in loot will never change the fact that 70 hours gaming per week makes you "rich" while 7 hours gaming a week wont. The only thing it changes is the perception. The amount of dopamine you will get from hearing tinks. |
