Most of what they lost was ES from the int to %ES part being nerfed. I think some people are still going to play ES builds using the ES tattoos... man those are going to be expensive now. But for now it's looking like a life based meta with str stacking probably being king again. I was thinking about doing low life rf guardian this next league but now that I would need ES tattoo to make it even function I think I'll skip ES builds right now.
The only real nerf hit low budget int stacking. High investment setups barely feel it, losing only a negligible amount of power.

In the end, FOMO just shot themselves in the foot, turning int stacking into a mostly high budget option. It’s still playable at mid tier, though less efficient just as strength stacking at mid tier, and with enough investment it performs still fine.

I don't see a big enough nerf that wouldn't let int stacking still being king. ES just feels better then life.

- ES from INT halved (attribute property)
- Evasion from INT halved (mastery)
- Accuracy from INT halved (shaper's touch)

For a 3k INT-stacker wanderer, this would translate into:

- lose 300% increased ES
- lose 300% increased Evasion
- lose 3000 accuracy

=> INT-stacking not gutted, but I doubt it'll still be king... making it a reasonable and efficient nerf!
I am also glad other ppl's builds are nerfed, cause it was really effecting me that they existed.
Not exactly sure how tho.
But it always makes me happy that ppl will now possibly have slightly less fun in the game.

Its funny seeing people cheering that a random build they don't play get nerfed, especially when better builds remain untouched, people will just switch over to those builds and in the end nothing changes.

You don't use shaper's touch on an int-stack wander to begin with since you have access to a passive tree mastery for accuracy. You might want to read up on these things first.

^Exactly this. It's a nerf but not a big one especially considering the sheer amount of additional tools int-stacking got in 3.26. This change just puts int-stackers out of reach for midtier players who were willing to go on a longer journey.

Hybrid-stackers or ES stackers for something like EBlade won't care much either.
