3.28 Mamba nerf + tolerance + autoexertion

I have been always bad in math, but i am curious how much dmg nerf this causes on big bosses and super strong elites which had trash mobs arround them. I estimate the dmg nerf will be like 80% less or similar number due to missing prolif and not damaging with both daggers at same time. Any guru could estimate that? Is the build dead?

# Mamba cut
- Viper Strike of the Mamba: Now has 30% less Attack Speed if Dual Wielding.
- Each Weapon Hits separately if Dual Wielding,
- Dealing 20% less Damage (matching regular Viper Strike).
- It also now has Cannot inflict multiple Poisons in the same Hit.
- The Low Tolerance Cluster Jewel Notable now has Poisons you inflict on non-Poisoned Enemies deal 200% increased Damage (previously 300%).
- Autoexertion now has a Mana Reservation of 20% (previously 15%).

Just the prolif nerf is 300% dmg nerf, on top of that autoexertion and low tolerance. With these changes the build will do like 15% dmg in comparison to the build prior the changes.
Basically we invest 250 div into build and get 2M dmg?
I think some devs working on these changes are just haters.
I will not give up, i will try the mamba and again and do your job with testing GGG.
But man, i was so excited for the new league when observing the changes and then i read patch notes.
Both slammer and mamba gutted. That anger build up.. my wifu says "breathe", but man, this rly hurts.

They copied the lines from normal Viper Strike to nerf the hit-based Mamba version but at the same they completly killed the poison version.
Each Weapon Hits separately if Dual Wielding = 50% nerf for poison mamba alone, you will never use dual wielding with mamba now since off hand hit won't add anything to your poison and just apply 20% less dmg and 30% less attack speed.
Together with low-tolerance nerf (which by iteslf is fine) thats already ~80% dmg nerf.

Not sure what you mean by missing prolif tho, im guessing you used embalmer but prolif is still present in pathfinder ascendency and Binos, doesnt matter tho since Mamba is dead.
