Please make Saboteur good again

Saboteur has been at the bottom of PoE ninja with 1% or less play rate for years now... I know not everyone likes the mines playstyle, but it's wild to me that this ascendancy doesn't really do anything to buff the power of actual mines. The rework just added random +% chance to do x, but still nothing related to mines directly. Also, none of the actual mine skills are playable outside or pyroclast mine, which is really only good for leveling and falls off as you progress through maps.

I know traps and mines are hard to balance around, given they are primarily boss killers with high single-target damage, but I feel like this ascendancy has been borderline dead for a while now and is in desperate need of some love.

I tried a couple pobs to get spellslinger to work with sabo but i dont have enough experience with spell archetypes. I feel like something is there i just dont know how to get it there.
