Add the default loot filter to the data export

The past few league launches filter data has been made available ahead of time. It'd be nice if a similar pipeline to the ones that already exist for both the character and atlas passive tree (https://web.poecdn.com/developer/docs/data#data) is set up for the <Default> loot filter included in the .ggpk file.

I know the vast majority of people use online filters in combination with economy-aware third party editors but I've been maintaining and writing my own Vanilla+ filter for the past dozen leagues and during the entire lifetime of PoE2 and fear for the day https://github.com/zao/ooz stops working.
