Game freeze when trying to Exit to Character selection

Dear GGG-Team,

for a few days I have the problem, that my game will freeze when I am trying to log out to Character selection.
The only solution is to shut the game down and start again.

When restarting I often then experience following message "connection to Patch-Server disrupted".

My Specs:
CPU: AMD Radeon 7800 X3D
GPU: Nvidea RTX 4070TI
OS: Windows 11 25H2
no VPN, connection from Germany

Steps I already tried:

-Uninstall and reinstall the game also deleting all files in "C:\...\documents\my games\path of exile" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile"
-Changing Rederer from DirectX12 to Vulcan and reverse
-deleting the .dll files located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\D3D12"
-Executed PackCheck.exe
-reinstalled GPU driver (published 27.01.2026)
-Swapped between different Gateways (Frankfurt,Amsterdam,Paris)
-Swapped between different Vsync modes
-NOW completly reinstalled my PC, didnt solve the issue

I really hope you can help me there, otherwise the game will be unplayable on Leaguestart for me.
