improve the Shield: "(2-4)% of Armour applies to Fire, Cold and Lightning Damage taken from Hits if you have Blocked Recently" to 7-8%.

it makes no sense to waste effort on rolling essences on a shield when i can simply get foulborn anticipation with triple the stat.

in comparison shockwave and unleash get +1 use, which looks very neat, but the shield node is somewhat weak.

I only wish they dropped the "if you have Blocked Recently" portion. It's very strong either way, but more situational as it is.

Edit: I'm also hoping it's a suffix, which I couldn't confirm since poedb doesn't have it yet.
